The following personal data may be processed through our website:
- Identity: first name and surname.
- Contact: phone number and email address.
- Request details: messages and notes you write in the contact and pre-registration forms.
- Transaction security: server logs such as IP address, browser information and the date and time of your visit.
Purposes of processing
- Responding to the requests, questions and suggestions you send through the contact form.
- Contacting you and providing information about the project you are interested in through the pre-registration form.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse and unauthorised access.
- Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.
Legal grounds and method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website and server logs.
Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Law: it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation (ç), and it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
Transfer of personal data
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to the IT infrastructure providers from whom we obtain web hosting and email services, and to legally authorised public institutions upon request.
The typeface used on our website is loaded from Google servers. In doing so, your browser may transmit your IP address to Google.
Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is processed and for the retention and limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to our Company you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if your personal data has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred,
- request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
- request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application
You may send requests regarding your rights in writing to Yeşilova Mah. Zübeyde Hanım Cad. No: 44A, İzmit / Kocaeli or to [email protected], in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.
